Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken this step toward feeling better. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adults, and families. My professional background includes work in a variety of settings: therapeutic foster care, domestic violence programs, schools, substance‑use prevention programs, and private practice.
I truly enjoy helping people overcome challenges and move toward happier, more fulfilling lives. Over the years, I’ve seen the powerful impact therapy can have on my clients, and I’ve also experienced the benefits of therapy in my own life. I understand how intimidating it can feel to reach out for help, and I make it my mission to provide a warm, safe, and confidential space where clients can process their thoughts and emotions.
